not-for-profit institution founded to elevate individual and organizational decision
making. The name shall convey a twofold programmatic message, which reads (1) all decision
making melts down to and culminates in choices and (2) it is worthwhile to look for
powerful operationalization to let others understand how and why certain choices have been
made. ceci now brings together a group of individuals working at
universities and other institutions involved in research and counseling. Fields of
